    Recipe: Crepe Wrap

    Ingredients for 4 people

    2 cups of flour

    3 1/3 tbsp of vegetable oil

    8 eggs

    2 cups of milk

    24 slices of swiss cheese

    12 slices of ham

    Salt & pepper

    Tools

    Drinking glass

    Baking tray

    Parchment paper

    Method

    Step 1/3

    Mix the flour, salt, oil, eggs, and milk to make a crepe batter. Cook 4 crepes for about 3 minutes on each side.

    Step 2/3

    Stack 6 slices of swiss cheese alternating with 6 half slices of ham in the middle of each crepe and fold them up.

    Step 3/3

    Using the glass, remove a thin disc of crepe, ham, and cheese from the middle of each crepe and crack an egg into the hole. Place on the baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 7 minutes at 180 °C. Remove from the oven, season with pepper, and enjoy!
